The directory, consisting of both investment companies South 32 (50.1% of the stock package) and Minsud Resources (49.9% of the stock package), is formed as follows:
Gonzalo Andres Rodriguez Leonard - Titular Director, President.
South32 representative. Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He currently serves as President of MSA, leading strategies for the growth and development of mining projects in Argentina.
Antonio Jose Perez Diaz - Titular Director.
South32 representative. Mechanical Engineer - VP Chile Copper, South32 with an outstanding trajectory in the mining sector. He holds the post of Vice President of Copper Operations in Chile for South32, contributing his experience in operations and project management.
Agustin Uriel Dranovsky - Titular Director.
Representative of MINSUD RESOURCES. Bachelor of International Trade with extensive experience in logistics and mining operations. It has worked in various companies in the sector, focusing on the optimization of supply chains and foreign trade.
Pablo Javier Taussig - Titular Director.
Representative of MINDSUD RESOURCES. Bachelor of Business Administration with a strong career in corporate finance and corporate management. It has held leadership positions in mining companies, focusing on financial strategies and sustainable growth.
Alejandro Maria Massot - Titular Director.
South32 representative. A lawyer specialized in corporate and mining law, with over 15 years of experience advising companies in the sector on legal and regulatory issues.
COMPANY MANAGEMENT
Jose Cepeda - CEO
Geologist with extensive experience in exploration and development of mining projects in Latin America. Before joining MSA, he served as Manager Greenfields in South32, leading exploration initiatives in the region.
